But you could not resell it or trade it or anything, what would you want and would you open it?

I would want a sealed copy of Wonderboy III: The Dragon's Trap for Sega Master System. It was the game that made me basically become a gamer. My brother and I wrote our save codes on the sides of board game boxes (Monopoly and Clue and such), we would exchange notes on the game.

It is the first game I remember feeling some sort of ownership over. Nevermind the fact most people has the NES rather than the SMS and so I just have this personal connection to it.

I do have a boxed copy (I don't believe it has instructions), but it would be the one I would get sealed.

Ape Escape 2 or Cubivore.

Ape Escape 2 is available for purchase off the Playstation Store, but it's the EU version, and the voice acting in the version is like nails on a goddamn chalkboard.

Cubivore is just rare as fuck.

EVERY gamer has made this mistake. I traded in all the original .HACK quadrilogy for a decent amount of trade at my local game store. The last game is SUPER expensive now.

NOTE - Apparently quadrilogy is not considered a word by the spellcheck. The proper word is tetralogy?

My buddy went to blockbuster where they had all 4 of them for rent. He was curious as to how much it would cost if someone didn't bring the games back. He got all 4 of them brand new for 80 bucks CAD. Cases and all.

I made a stupid decision a number of years ago and sold my copy of Suikoden 3 to help pay for wrestling tickets. My buddy for Christmas gave me a sealed copy of it. I haven't opened it since, even though he's constantly told me to open and enjoy the game.
