The evil Drack Gulak and his contemptable hordes attempted to take over the world, brought havoc to the land and kidnapped the princess. Things looked dire until the great hero of the land and his party of misfits with quirky personalities adventured to stop him and save the land.

Now there is much rejoicing. Things are back to normal and there is a great call among the people for the princess to marry this great hero. So much so that the they have become engaged, quicky making the princess' approval ratings soar as rebuilding has begun.

The problem is the hero is a mostly mute teenager with wacky hair who spends most of his free time doing odd jobs for complete strangers in the street just because they asked him too. That or playing weird card games or collecting random shiny objects scattered throughout the land.

The princess tells you in private that she only agreed to marry him out of severe pressure because she knew it would be popular among the general populace after he saved the land. The hero who saved their farm from monsters is more popular among the common man than the Princess who created the irrigation legislation to make the farms financially viable.

"He's a nice guy. Truly a hero, but that's just it. He's so immature, he wants to swing swords around and have adventures like a teen. He thinks being princess is sitting in a big throne and baking cakes while people hold hands. I don't think he even knows what a labia is. He's what the land needs and as a ruler I will do my duty to provide it but as a woman? I need a real man, like you."
(Or woman if you are one. Then she's gay)

"I need someone who can fulfill my needs. Do you understand? We can never be seen in public and if anyone asks I'll deny it. But I want you to come to my chambers in private and do with me what the hero of the land cannot. If you refuse then this conversation never happened."



A true fuckbuddy situation in the shadows behind the Hero of the land's back.

Indeed but how many did that with you?

Sometimes knowing things happened and doing things yourself can be quite different.

I think some users are going to be like "I couldn't do that to the poor hero!" and not be comforted by historical precedent.

Link has got options and its not like he has always chosen Zelda.

There is also no reason the hero would not take your word for it if you are completely honest, why would a random want to gain the heros ire there is no benefit or upside in lying about this.

Also I kinda get the feeling the hero really isn't that into the princess. He sounds like a child having fun who would rather go on adventures than be on a date with his supposed betrothed.

I, being a random townsperson myself, give him the sidequest of satisfying his wife.

He doesnt know where to put the twig on the apple. The kingdom may not get an heir, and if not me then someone else is going to be stuck doing it and given 98% of her candidates are going to be complete douches and then the heir will have high genetic probability of also being a douche.

The hero will obv be too nice and noble if it was ever discovered and might get killed anyways at one point. During that time Ill consolidate power and, since its fantasy, also work towards getting stronk and becoming at least low grade hero material.

She shouldnt have to become trapped in a marriage made for political reasons and be completely ignored; its the heros fault for being a dingus. She can marry him for the good of the kingdom and have me as her side piece
