Dunno how they could possibly have made it worse than PS4's but they did lol you can't even see what's on sale anymore. You either have to go to their website or go to the subreddit that is better than their website. Their sort feature is essentially pointless

Yeah it's baffling. A few of the OS decisions are baffling. Like having to go into All Apps to see your recordings and screenshots. That took me a bit to figure out.

Also had my first time trying to figure out how to get back to the PS5 version of Hitman 3 since it randomly decided to hide it behind some sub menu in the PS4 icon for some reason.

You can see sales but they're seemingly in random places. Sometimes they're up at the top. Other times the bottom. Sometimes they're not actually in the store, they're a thing over in the news section. It's a fucking mess.

I hate that they removed the wishlist feature. I used to just tag all the games I'm interested in and when there's a sale I only need to scroll through my wishlist to see which ones got a price cut. Now if there's a sale I have to scroll through several shitty games just to see if anything I might want is part of it.

This is a little different from what you're saying but I have AssCreed Valhalla on a PS4 disc and my PS5 forces me to have both PS4 and PS5 versions downloaded just to play the PS5 version. I've deleted the PS4 version and the game runs but whenever I start the console up again it downloads the PS4 version again lol My friend with an Xbox doesn't have this issue.

I was pretty annoyed when they changed the website. I like to buy old Rock Band DLC now and then, and since they changed it, I couldn't find anyway to just see all of the DLC like before. Luckily, the Rock Band store on the game itself works fine for me now, after for some reason not working for a long time for me.

The biggest issue I have with the PS5 so far is that it automatically tries to install the PS4 version of disc games even when you've already installed the PS5 upgrade version.

The PS4/PS5 version thing is apparently a glitch but I have no idea how they haven't fixed it yet. Something like that never should have made it out of QA.

Yeah Xbox treats a crossgen game as the one thing so there's no chance of that happening. It's much simpler.

I have to have two versions of Hitman 3 downloaded just to play it in VR because Sony doesn't want DS4's to be used on PS5 games. So stupid.

PS4 store hasn't changed, so whatever change they're rolling out, it's for early adopters bang their heads against until the kinks are worked when the rest of us upgrade.

They capped exclusively Europe one to stupidly low speeds as they consistently shit on Europe and even after it started a shit storm it took them about two months to uncap it.
