One of my pet peeves is people playing video games on TV. They just swing their arms around for no reason like they're playing the Wii and the controller is giving them painful electric shocks.

If you plug a Genesis controller into an Atari, it works

And I knew someone who had a 3rd party X-box 360 controller that was designed like a PS2 controller.

This happened in an episodes of Friends too. Joey and Chandler were playing Twisted Metal 2. Then they just get up and walk off without even pausing the game. In a few shots you can even see the game still running in the background

I am doing a rewatch of Leverage and it's kinda jarring seeing them pulling off these ultra-tech heists using nothing but flip phones for recon.
