I try to never close the bedroom door on him if I'm just sleeping but by now you think he'd realize that every time he gets locked out if I don't have company its because he did that. I must be lucky. I spend an hour a day or more on average chasing him around the floor and fighting him and he loves it. But its not enough I guess. I am really considering a second pet just because he can't deal with me being gone. Tbf he's not even 2 and covid and some health problems I've been having unrelated to covid mean hes lived over half his life where I'm either always home or gone for bike rides and swimming and in and out..... he really needs stimulation but when I'm working an hour is kinda a lot of time.
