The rich are terrified of inflation. Inflation can devalue their money and make them less rich. They're always trying to battle inflation by investing, using offshore accounts, and other tax loopholes. A regular savings account sure doesn't keep up with 1.4% yearly inflation. By giving stimulus checks or a Universal Basic Income, it will worsen inflation. That's their nightmare scenario.

Because the rich detest the poor and think they deserve to suffer and die out.

Inflation effects everyone, rich and poor. That and as long as their spending shit tons of money their paying taxs regardless. Which help fund our social programs that mostly benefit the poor.

Most rich people think that them having money somehow makes life better for the poor. Not sure how, but thats how they think.

The rich *love* inflation. Their assets go up through the roof when there's inflation. Additionally, inflation is a hidden pay decrease for all their workers.

Helping isnt enough

The system the wealthy thrive is the very system keeping the poor. The wealthy are gate keepers to the working class. All the business risks are made by wealthy owners. Theyre even bailed out if they break the system.
