If they parked in your driveway then call a tow truck and have the car removed, it will be at their expense. You can also call the police and press charges for trespassing.

That isn't how trespassing works. You have to ask the person to leave and if they don't leave then they get a trespass notice. If they refuse to leave then they can be cited for trespassing (or jailed if the jail is taking arrestees on trespassing charges). If it is not a single home and it's an apartment complex or duplex then the person can't be trespassed.

If it is a house or duplex yes. If it is an apartment complex, maybe. It all depends upon the rules regarding towing on the property. Some allow residents to tow for wrong stalls, some only allow management/agent of the property to tow and some don't tow unless it is a fire lane or handicap stall.

I referred to it as "my garage", and its attached to my apartment so I figure they can work it out if needed
