He is charged with knowingly entering a restricted government building and engaging in disruptive and disorderly conduct as a bond was set for him at 50,000 smackers and was ordered to surrender his American and Vietnam Passports He told the FBI that he was in Washington DC from January 5-7 for "business purpses" and only attended briefly the Trump Rally on the 6th but denied going in... Then CHANGED his story and admitted going inside after the agents, WITH PERMISSION went into his DELETED PHOTOS ALBUM and found all the pics of himself at the capitol riot He was standing with a Trump 2020 flag inside the Capitol with the Rotunda behind him as it showed he took it at 250pm to 255pm He admitted that he, his wife and a friend were there for business but then learned of Trump being there and wanted to attend to be part of history because he believed Trump has done so much for people around the world and made it a better place of "Peace" Ironically, the Veteran Cop is a BUDDHIST who said his wife and friend left the rally but he kept going forward and CLIMBED over fences to go inside the building with the rioters but claimed he didn't smash anything but to look at art The arrest was made at his house and he resigned from the force on January 14th as his attorney, Nicole DeBorde said he's a very "devout Buddhist" and a "very peaceful man" who ended up getting caught up in the moment and now has a great deal of shame.. Pham was only caught after someone tipped off seeing him there He also does not dispute Joe Biden won and "wishes him well" but was disappointed Trump lost because he claimed Asians around the world supported him, EXCEPT CHINA.
