Still no clue what's happening but this is fantastic. Give Olsen and Bettany an emmy, seriously. This is something incredibly unique and believable, and pays full homage to classic sitcoms. Idk what I expected with this series but it wasn't this, and i'm thrilled with what it's becoming.

Also twins? She had a twin brother, now she has twins herself. I wonder if there's any tie in here.

End of the episode, shit got real. Need to let it marinate a bit, but I feel like she's in a simulation she doesn't know about to control her power and protect her from being a danger to society because how damned strong she is. Easily the best episode so far.

Yeah and when this ends, Winter Soldier, and then Loki all fall in line. We have 4+ months straight of new MCU weekly. I'm loving it.

I'm entirely with you, first two episodes of WandaVision and I wasn't sure if I was all in. Tonight changed that, really great episode that progressed the plot significantly.

I think it was the breach of interaction and Wanda becoming suspicious. I felt like it was more of a "Okay she's on to her, pull her out" kind of scenario. On top of what they were about to tell Vision, it kind of has an "Everyone is in on it" feel and they are in some kind of a Truman Show scenario.

This reminded me, why did marvel kill off quicksilver so quick? (No pun intended)

Every hero was given so much more but he was just killed off in the same movie in a lacklustre way

so, the obvious finish to "We're all..." is trapped. but... i'm gonna go out on a limb and say the word they wouldnt/couldn't say is dead.

My instinct was dead also, but I can't make sense of why it would exist for a bunch of dead people to live in. Prisoners/captives makes more sense to me.

my take

Might be a House of M scenario where she's taken a town captive and somehow has a piece of vision which "technically" means he's alive, so she's using her magic to give the little that's left of him form. Agnes is obviously agatha - so maybe she's there to cause trouble - and in a chain reaction to her true intentions, wanda somehow bends reality as she snaps and a chain of events conclude with mutants being introduced to the MCU somehow wih multiverses of madness, maybe the phoenix force?

My thoughts about Vision are slightly different. I'm thinking that she brought him back the way you theorize but she unknowingly actually brought him back to life. He seemed like the only one actually questioning things and seems to notice something is up, where as Wanda wants all the things he is noticing to go away.

What I think

SWORD has Wanda in a simulation to keep her under control. That's why the simulation "breaks" every now and then and people are doing weird stuff. But it's like... Fallout 3's simulation where the people know they're in a simulation and aren't allowed to do anything about it. That's why in the trailer the lady is like "You're dead." Vision, since he is just an object in this simulation and is actually dead, is not bound to the same rules as everyone else, therefore he can call out when things are weird, and he also gets reset when he gets too close to the truth. SWORD operatives check in on Wanda every now and then by inserting themselves, to make sure she doesn't completely overpower the simulation in a fit of emotion or realize that it's all fake.

It seems they made a deal with FOX. Since Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch have ties to both the X-Men and the Avengers, both studios could use the characters in theory. It seems they agreed that FOX could have Quicksilver while Marvel could have Scarlet Witch.

I was thinking fake. She definitely took over a town to create an ideal life for her and Vision though. And absolutely doesn't wanna let SWORD take that away from her.

SWORD are a sister organisation to SHIELD, their logo was on the files/desk of the people watching Wanda in Ep. 1, on the Beekeeper's outfit etc. They were also (probably) in Far From Home


And Teyonah Parris was announced as playing Monica in the MCU before "Geraldine" was introduced, which is how everyone knew straight away

I think it's all but confirmed that Wanda's doing this to herself. She's exhibited too much control over things for it to be otherwise. She rewound things last episode, Vision glitched when he was talking to her, and she's presumably the one who booted Geraldine out.

She's trapped a town (maybe even just a neighborhood) in with her. I was previously under the impression that they were all suffering from the same delusion, but Herb and Agatha seem to have some awareness of what's happening. Maybe they (and maybe others) figured out what was happening and started to fake it, allowing them to dodge Wanda's powers. I suppose they could all be faking it, but things like the dinner in the first episode make me doubt it.

I was never really sold on the Agatha=Agnes idea and this episode just makes me doubt it further. Agnes seemed to be fearful of the situation. What little I know of Agnes makes me think she'd have enough control that she wouldn't be scared. She could be faking it, I guess, but I don't see why she'd do that.

I don't think Geraldine being in 70s gear is a worry because I don't think Wanda/the simulation did it. I think she's been entering and exiting Westview. SWORD saw that the simulation had shifted to a Brady Bunch theme, so she dressed accordingly.

Ok, time for my almost guaranteed wrong theory.

The trailers show Wanda and the mind Stone. Apparently showing her past when she got her powers.

As of Endgame Wanda had no reality powers yet. Just a supercharged version of her existing powers.

I assume that someone else was given powers at the Hydra base, beyond her and quicksilver. That person found Wanda and created this false reality for her. Except Wanda was too strong and hijacked it for herself. That individual is now an unwilling participant like everyone else but can still influence things to an extent.

Edit: That person is influencing Wanda to have kids, so they can regain control of the situation.

Vis being rewound (a second time) tells me hes not actually real, just another part of the "illusion".

As for the "We're all..." part, I want to so the end word was fake.

Vision isn't functioning properly. This was shown in the first episode where his perfect memory wasn't perfect as he kept forgetting things
