Motion before emotion
Emotions gets the best of us for better or worse. It also allows us to be manipulated. Use fear, anger, hatred, sympathy, empathy, gas lighting, passive aggression, lies, withholding information for your favor, & sex are ways to get others to do what you want. --- You don't stop playing because you grow old, You grow old because you stop playing ... Do lots of mindfullnes, meditation etc to learn to live with your emotions, not trying to control or supress them or let them control you.
