This is going to be touchy. They almost have to charge them if what they said were lies. On the other hand you'll have the other side coming out saying it's silencing them.
And by charge them if what they said were lies I mean if someone said "I saw a lady taking boxes out of a truck and putting them on a table" then yeah, i'm sure that happened but it isn't a lie or suspicious. I wouldn't do anything with this person. If someone said "I saw a lady taking boxes out of a truck and marking them all as Biden votes" then yeah, that's a lie and they should be punished. Because they were never presented as evidence in any court, they didn't break any rules.
