All I said is Im pretty sure theres nothing constitutional that says departments arent allowed to say who a person reporting is. But I would assume all departments dont. im not defending him. All I said if hes requesting details, to ask his department not to mention. Every person has a right to request body camera and the details of the call. IIRC, persons reporting can have anonymity but its not necessarily confidential.
