Chaos Theory was great because you could pretty much interrogate anyone (vs only specific people in the prior two games), and some of the interrogations are pretty funny

probably my favorite stealth game.
not only do you not have to kill enemies, you don't even have to touch most of them.

the only drawback I find is that, if stuff hits the fan, the enemies take far too many hits for you to kill with your standard weapons. (except the shotgun). they could also run faster than you and do things like dive behind cover and shoot from behind it. which I guess was supposed to increase difficulty and "punish" you for being spotted.
but then you can just save scum...
