I get wanting background checks, better accountability and stuff like that, but the crowd that wants full bans, or even an outright repeal baffles me. Especially after what we saw in DC.

True, but its also the people who say they need guns to fight tyranny were using their guns to be tyrannical. technically, its exactly why they want guns, they are just showing why they believe everyone else needs a gun to deal with him.

I'm a pro amendment for the fact we may need it after what happen on Capital Hill on January 6. We probably going to need it if we are going to protect our democracy and this country from unhinged right wing terrorists.

Because these people already have guns. They're literally threatening to use them later on this month. It's pretty clear that they're beyond reasoning at this point, and that they need to be jailed. And we saw. . . how many arrested that day? A dozen? With the rest of them going home?
