IDK, I think Lucky is mostly fine. I think its biggest flaw in the later seasons is too much dependence on this formula:

Hank comes into a situation where he is somehow (rather unfairly) being viewed as the bad guy or somehow put in a very awkward position where he suffers greatly for 2/3 of the episode, and then he figures out how to fix things and get even.

A lot of those episodes are great but in the last few seasons I think they wear thin and it starts feeling more painful than fun to see that plot.
