I almost always have a bottle of Louisiana hot sauce in the fridge. If I see that or Texas Pete on a restaurant table as I walk in,I get exited.

It's hilarious seeing everyone have their own taste profiles and call the others trash. Maybe we should realize everyone has different taste profiles. After all genetics plays a big role in our tastes. Imagine thinking Sriracha tastes like ass, but it's because you have the gene that makes it literally taste like ass like those OR6A2 gene variant.

But onto the topic I'm a person of flavor more so than spicy. I can get spicy whenever I want anyone can, it's easy, just dump pure capsaicin and you got spicy. What I want is a nice flavor to go with the spice, so Franks tends to hit that for me. I use sriracha to make dragon sauce which is quite simple a 1:1:1 ratio of brown sugar, soy sauce, and sriracha. It's good stuff, give it a try makes it have a nice sweet spicy flavor. You can even mess with the ratio to get what you want. Want it spicier? More sriracha, want it sweeter? More sugar.

I'm sure there's tons of various combos to do with sauces that I don't know about, but so far dragon sauce comes in for me often.

If it weren't covid times I'd probably go out and buy some cholula immediately after seeing the polls, but that'll have to wait for another time.

Hell yeah. I love that stuff. There's only one store near me that sells it and I always worry that they'll stop carrying it.
