Trump McConnell Equal blame Which one? - Results (65 votes) Trump 40% (26 votes) 26 McConnell 18.46% (12 votes) 12 Equal blame 41.54% (27 votes) 27 Honestly? I think its equal blame. Trump was being an idiot but he is always an idiot. That recorded phone call was really bad along with him telling people not to vote because it was rigged. We cant understate how fucking terrible it was when McConnell didnt even bring the $2000 stimulus checks to the fucking floor to be voted on. We are in a pandemic and you dont even give the Senate the option to even try to get that money to the people struggling? Really? All it takes is for Biden to come out and say, if you vote Democrats, you get money. Guess what he did? Exactly that. Money he a hell of a motivator. Far more than political ideology. McConnell is just as responsible for screwing Republicans as Trump is. Worked out great for me though. Get that trash outta here! --- I will admit I'm wrong if you prove me wrong. Trump has been making a mess of things with his election fraud stuff and it's de-energized his base regarding anything not involving him. Mitch played it a lot more cool with that because he's smart and realizes Trump is a total lost cause, but he totally fucked the pooch with everything regarding the stimulus because he felt GA was going to be secure without it.
