The nose would probably hurt less because it would kill you pretty quickly. If you survive though youre gonna have a traumatic brain injury and those can be extremely tough to live with.

Kick to the balls would hurt worse but I'd rather be kicked in the balls than the nose since a kick to the nose has a non insignificant chance of killing you.
