He is charged with one count of burglary and terrorizing, both felonies on December 29 He sent a friend request to his former employer who isn't named, on December 24 and Burczyk lists his most recent job as a wireless operator at GR Energey Services and underneath it says "F* You, Kelly Duncan" according to his FB After he sent a request, he then begn to send threats including one that said "Accept my friend request or i'm going to murder you" 2 days later, he wrote that there would be trouble if he had to get into his pickup truck and track down his ex-boss He also used other social media accounts to threaten them as one in a snapchat photo with him in a black cap and vest and plaid long sleeve shirt it written his ex boss family would need a new DOOR Surveillance footage shows on December 26th Caleb showing up at his boss' home and then kicking it down.
