That's why weed is better for gaming time. I can play anything stoned. Not too stoned though.

I just can't get into drinking; especially alone.

i am pretty damn unstoppable in certain games until i'm past a certain point. it just kinda creates this loop where i take a swig because i just wrecked someone and then i'm not wrecking nobody any more.

i like to play world of warcraft when i get really drunk.

once i logged on and my guildmates asked me to heal a difficult dungeon. i warned them i was wasted as hell but they let me join anyway

did great lol.

I'm legitimately better at NHL EASHL when I'm drunk. I don't know why, I play LD and sometimes go over 10 games without a goal. If I play drunk I typically score at least once per game.

Interestingly I can actually turn into a master of gaming when I drink. Like, Ill be so plastered that I dont remember anything yet somehow beat 5 hours of tough levels or went on a rampage in multiplayer.

One game I definitely had trouble playing plastered recently, though, was Hades.

Yeah, when I was playing WoW, that's what I did drunk. Now it's FFXIV, but MMOs in general are great to play drunk because most of it comes down to muscle memory.

i tanked a titan ex run once blasted out of my gourd. i warned ahead of time. first pull didn't go so hot and they were ready to say get lost but i was like guys that was my warmup round. i was the most competent player from that point on in that party.

the other tank ate shit before adds and i handled them myself.

Being drunk usually doesn't change how I play. being high on the other hand...I'll straight up watch myself die in the game before realising I was supposed to actually play

Fighting games is what i play when drunk. Typically against AI opponents but depending on how stiff competition generally is online I may play online

Alcohol makes adrenaline rushes feel good, in my experience. Those new DOOM games are nothing but pure adrenaline. They go very well with alcohol.

I've tried playing them on the "alternative " substance as well, and it just doesn't work. An extremely chill game like Morrowind is better suited for that.

I recently slowed down on my drinking. I drink and then it tends to all catch up to me at once and then I'm useless.
