One of the other things she was called at the time was a gold-digger. A lot of people now like to say that Kobe's parents became estranged from him because of her race but at the time, his parents and even Jim fucking Hill (bigtime L.A. sportscaster) said that she and her family were gold-diggers.

Kobe was just sheltered and his parents did everything for him so he rebelled against them.
