94 was best when it comes to movies and 98 was best when it came to games. I guess for shows it would be 99 since that when Sopranos started and that's when the golden age of television started.

'97 IMO.

It had Castlevania Symphony of the Night, Final Fantasy 7 and Diablo. Three games that are in my top 10 of all time. As for Movies, Titanic, Good Will Hunting, Men in Black... TV? South Park, Buffy, Stargate SG1. And Music? No Doubt's Tragic Kingdom was the shit.
