They would probably censor her by giving her dark colored leggings or using her Street Fighter Zero / Alpha design though. After that it's between Akuma or M. Bison(Dictator). If Guile wasn't a assist trophy in Ultimate he would definitely be in the running along with Akuma and M. Bison(Dictator) as well.
