So Im going to start playing all the Starfox games. Starfox 64 is the only one I played and I played a metric shit ton of it as a kid. I didnt have time to do an actual play through so I went into training mode before going to work.

Not only did I forget that it wasnt that easy controlling everything at once flawlessly but... the game told me in training that you can manually detonate a bomb after shooting it? What the actual fuck?! I put all this time in that game and I never knew that?! That would have made certain sections so much easier!

I feel so dumb...

lol really? i feel like you'd stumble upon it on accident just trying to spam bombs against a boss. i thought everyone that played known that.

you playing on 64 or the 3ds remake? 64 does hold up well.

Thats one thing I learned relatively early which is weird because I dont think the game tells you that but it does tell you that you can detonate bombs early

I think I discovered this by accident as a kid. Tried to bomb something else while locked-on and suddenly red homing bomb.
