The age is strong.

Sometimes when I'm gaming late at night, I'll see my friend's steam notification say he's playing some game I've never heard of. Usually with some vague fantasy title. The first time I checked to see what it was, it was outright hentai porno game lol. I don't check them anymore but I'm pretty sure he's still up late at night enjoyin those games

In a roundabout way it answered my ever-nagging question of "who are those games even for"

Given what has been going on with Pornhub lately, I think the whole internet might be like that in a few years. I mean, not like shady sites. But the more reputable ones.

when you order an 18+ title on amazon you have to show the delivery guy your id

at least you don't need id for beer

The issue was user generated content. As long as you allow that, cp uploads are a risk. The only way to eliminate that risk is to limit access to sites as much as possible. Which is to say, by only allowing content and members that go through a strict verification process. In other words they are trying to control and sanatize porn the internet as much as possible. Child porn is just the excuse they are using. It won't stop there.

You think "protect the children" isn't an excuse they'll use when it comes to that too? The reality is, any poorly parented 10 year old can access porn with minimal effort and there are a lot of poor parents in the world. That subject will become a weapon they'll use in the coming years to push thier anti-porn agenda. First they go after content and then it'll be access. They will not stop until porn is gone or so controlled and sanitized that it might as well be.
