Like anything else with losing weight, if you have the commitment it will work. All theyll do is pick/measure your food for you, so its up to you to adhere to what they give. If you can do that, itll work

services like jenny craig where they deliver food to you are nice because it makes eating less calories 100 times easier, but they're usually expensive. but if you have the money its worth it. there are willpower related issues but its easier than shopping at the store yourself

never tried it but I honestly think that service (or meal prep in general) will make you avoid stuff like fast food if your meals are already planned out ahead of time.
