this is it. i got an awesome upgrade for my sword that gives your health back after an attack but lowers your hp, but i was able to get it back to 50 and i just got good upgrades like increased attack, weak and projectile for my attacks.

Tbh, the buff that's invaluable on almost any run is the Athena dash-reflect boon. Saves my runs pretty much every time, it's so good.

Cursed slash is really good. I usually only take it if I'm in the first area. Then I grab all HP upgraes I see... I also like to get Drunken Strike, Curse of Pain, Divine Dash, Crush Shot (sometimes, and usually for Duos), And Artemis' Aid. Support Fire is also good. For Duos, I try to get Curse of Nausea, Curse of Longing, Low Tolerance, and Splitting Headache. Vengeful Mood is also really good...

DAMMIT!
I was able to make it to the end, defeated hades first form, got his 2nd form to half health then he does this laser thing that shoots everywhere and it killed me. I didnt have anymore death defiance because the rats poison killed me twice, caught me by surprise because i didnt know it would be that strong. I swear i had him.
