It's pretty embarrassing, but look at the map of where those votes came from, it's pretty all of the places that don't matter much

I try to comfort myself with the thought that many of those votes are from people who don't follow politics/the news at all and just always vote Republican, no matter what.

One time, CE triggered me so hard with their objectively wrong opinions that I accidentally punched myself in the balls.

doesnt explain why more people voted for him in 202 than 2016. Where did the extra votes come from?

Eh, let's not get too cocky now. This was very close to being 2016 2.0 where Trump loses the popular vote but wins the EC. This race was way too close for comfort and just shows that Trump may have been defeated, but the ideals that drive his popularity are alive and growing. The only way this ends well for Dems is if Reps give up on voting in the future due to feeling "disenfranchised" (lmfao).
And if the country keeps electing people like Trump then it deserves to burn and have something better built from the ashes.

Yeah, it's pretty sad and disturbing. Trump was right about him being able to shoot someone right in front of god and everybody and people would still love him. He could probably rob his supporters and fuck their wives and they'd still kiss his ass.
