If I block them then I can't see their ToS violating post. If I can't see their ToS violating post then I can't mark them. If I can't mark them then they can't be modded. If they can't be modded then they can't get warned/suspended. If they can't get warned/suspended then I can't make a topic about them being warned/suspended. If they don't get warned/suspended for their ToS violating posts then they're gonna roam free to post whatever ToS violating things they want. And that's why I don't block people on this websight.
