Remember how Demon Ruins and Lost Izalith sucked? Well what if we made it a chalice dungeon! But we also have a giant ballista that fires on you for no reason since nobody is operating it. Woah, cool.

They were so fucking lazy they didn't even bother removing the colour from the mouth parts of the Asylum Demon model they copied endlessly to turn into statues lining the walls. At least Lost Izalith had actual geometry.

I like the boss, though.

man like i wish they didn't. i wish there was just slightly more thoughtful enemy distribution, because the stages themselves aren't bad. the second you see the copy-paste taurus demon army though it just takes you out of it.

i've done more red slab runs than i'd like to admit down there. the area looks really really cool but it's like two different enemies and five of one and a hundred of the other.
