He was like "everyone says the framerate sucks, but they're full of shit. It's still incredible."

As soon as he unpaused it, my jaw dropped. It is struggling to even handle 30fps. I only play on consoles - so I'm used to not everything running at 60 - but even I can tell when something is underperforming.

I watched about 30 minutes of it, and the entire time it sputtered worse than Korok Forest did in BotW. He got to the part in Johnny's prologue when an explosion knocks him off a balcony, and the frame drop was equivalent to pre-patch PS3 Skyrim when the file size would get too big. You could barely tell what even happened. It's that bad.
