Dad came in to file a police report. Said on 3 separate occasions that their coffee creamer tasted like kerosene.

checked their sons pc, and he googled how to kill your parents

police went and got him, kid couldnt be older than eight or ten at the most

i think the police ended up taking him to one of the two.

its definitely a tough situation. I wouldnt want him in the house right now. Constantly having to wonder what youre eating or drinking.

it could have been gas, not sure. I imagine he was putting in small amounts, not just filling the container with it.

I sometimes wonder just how old fashioned my upbringing was compared to most peoples.

I simply cant imagine just bringing my 8 year old to the police. This is the kind of thing I was taught families deal with, you are responsible for each other. Especially the parents.

if a kid already wants to kill his parents by the time he's 8 that family is probably not equipped to deal with his issues

In that case my mother and father.

I didnt say you dont get them help, or try to do it by yourself. My first post was psychiatric help, or putting him in a mental ward.

The idea of just turning him into the system and trusting them to handle the child you are responsible for is insane to me.

14 year-old boy is facing several charges including attempted murder after police say he was trying to poison his grandfather.

police tell FOX 8 News they were contacted on Dec. 9 by a man on random Road who said he suspected his grandson was tampering with his coffee creamer in an attempt to poison him.

The 64-year-old grandfather drank some, but told police he noticed it tasted bad and had a chemical smell; he thought it might be spoiled. This reportedly happened over a 10-day stretch. The grandfather never got ill.

After a few days, he looked through the grandsons computer and said he found a Google search on how to poison your parents, police told FOX 8.

Police learned the teenager was reportedly upset over online learning and Christmas being canceled because of his school performance.
According to police, the grandfathers 59-year-old girlfriend, who also lives at the home, was a target of the plot as well.

The teen is accused of putting lime juice, pepper juice, household cleaner, and wasp and hornet killer in the creamer.

police said the 14-year-old came to the station and confessed to the crime. Hes in juvenile detention on charges of attempted murder, domestic violence, and contaminating substance for human consumption.

What an incredibly lame reason to want to kill your parents. Kid is a psycho.

If you have ever taught kids and also have the experience of talking to the parents, then you will know that many parents are

1. not able to see the kid as they are (They talk about the kid that they want instead of the kid that they have).
2. not able to talk to a kid. (Most all of the time my parents did not talk to me but when something was serious they did talk to me so I was lucky).
