Reading past da anime is fun

Until it becomes a light novel with little art. I love where he is going with everything but fear we'll never see it all unless he has mapped the story out and passes it on to someone. But even then it's hard to emulate his fantastic writing.

it was shortly after where the anime left off. it's been easily the best thing to happen post anime and one of the best fights in the series.

already has the longest hiatus of the series and doesn't seem like it's ending any time soon. i'm sure he still has a lot of material he wants to cover but at least rate i'm hoping the dark continent is just the final arc. seems like this arc probably has like 100 issues still. they been on this damn boat forever and not really that much has even happened. rather the show get an ending then left in limbo.

think it's around 50 issues that are post anime and the hisoka/chrollo fight is definitely the highlight of it. i don't think gon and killua have been in any of the last like 40ish issues.
