I'm talking about the ones in solitairy that aren't allowed commissary.

I weigh 130. Not eating gets painful before the end of the day. Not uncomfortable, painful. I think it might be something more than just my weight, but not having that body fat doesn't help.

Or if the prison is treating you like shit, your block might decide to go on a hunger strike. And you have to join, or the other inmates will fuck you up for turning on them
