This was my second ever serious relationship. Much longer than the first. The first was more intense, emotionally, and took me to a much darker place. But yeah. With the second, I mostly just feel empty now and occasionally break down thinking about the time we spent together

But yeah, you'll only come back tougher. Plus it likely means it was never meant to be. There's someone else out there for you who's a better match. ALSO: You can take everything you've learned from dating her and apply it going forward.

They all suck when they happen, but the recovery time gets shorter and shorter. You'll come out better for it. Believe me.
