How about treating every violation the same way we treat spoilers? In other words, you're allowed to post it as long as you put a warning before hand. So if I wanted to post something offensive I would put an offensive warning beforehand and my post wouldn't be moddable because I gave the warning. Now, I'm sure the powers that be won't ever implement such a great idea because it's simply too good of an idea to even be considered. Nonetheless, it's still a great idea, wouldn't you agree CE?

alternative idea:
we stop giving people infinite chances. if you get banned, you get banned. evading a ban/suspension is a banning. you know, actually get rid of the people who can't or won't follow the rules. keyword being people, not just whichever mask they are using at the time. --- Boom!
