Actually it's the healthy, dine-in restaurants that are suffering.

Unhealthy drive-thru places are thriving beyond belief and constantly packed.

So
-no gyms
-less exercise
-less leaving house
-more fast food

I've actually noticed a lot of movie stars who have done recent shoots during Covid19 have even gotten fatter and unhealthier.
