If you have an F this close to the end of the semester I don't think a 4.0 is going to be possible regardless of the amount of assignments

Luckily the professor is a saint and is granting me a deadline on Monday for all the work this quarter. So its definitely possible to get an A if I bust my ass

No, I need a good GPA. Im going to a small college and I need to transfer to a uni for my bachelors. And in order to transfer to a good school, I need to have good grades. Otherwise Im kinda screwed

After I transfer tho I wont stress about 4.0s so much

also you're like 19 so it's not really that important if you take a year off and just lie and say you were travelling or taking care of a family member or something

You should strive for A's regardless. Better to be educated in the thing that your credentials say you are, and you never know what you're going to want to apply for in the future which might care a lot about GPA.

update: I accomplished literally nothing except a few pages of notes in the last 4.5 hours

Its difficult to maintain focus for more than a few minutes. I find myself sitting down and sitting back up multiple times, pacing the room, doing cartwheels, etc etc. I have a lot of wired up nervous energy and its preventing me from doing anything :/

before anyone asks, yes, my phone was turned off and put away. When I took breaks I did activities like cartwheeling or jogging in place instead of looking at screens. Distractions outside my head arent the issue

How it works in my nightmares:

It's a class I was enrolled in a long time ago, like US history, and I remember nothing because that was like a decade ago, and I'm taking the final.

The worst is when I'm in Chinese class again, and it's been years since I've spoken Chinese. But I'm in one of the advanced classes (because I did an intensive study program in China) and I'm embarrassed that I've forgotten so much of it.

I must have one of these dreams at least once a week, I HATE IT!!

Anth professor isnt a saint theyre a fool. Barring some extreme circumstances (and even then its questionable) if you have an F in December you shouldnt be allowed to make it up
