It's only pathetic if you think it's pathetic. People weren't always forced to be social everyday to achieve normalcy. That was sold to us and we bought it. I do hate it tho and it fucked my summer up a lot. And once in awhile I get sad I can't see most people in my life.

Societal norms are a detriment to our species, they promote a reliance to chaos (the human race). Billions of sentient organisms will never have a sole agreement. Power struggles are inevitable, classism is the true normalcy. Independent thought is sought after to crush, as it gives way to topple worship and obedience.
