I had such a good record, overall year Ior two I think

All about something that's not illegal federally or in most states. Yet that's what I was told when I disputed it.

Disputing is almost always worthless even if you are 100% in the right.

Only time it is worth it is if you can super easily point out a mistake in a subject mods aren't personally invested in. Then you win them.

Do the mods not do a simple Google search on the things they declare "federally illegal"

They did make a simple mistake though. Obviously if the product i bought was "federally illegal" it wouldn't be sold in smoke and vitamin shops all around America like the one I went too, or google would've shown something besides a potential ban two years ago (almost 3)

Yea I've been hit for discussing and mentioning that also. It's a damn near miracle supplement for recovering addicts to soften withdrawl symptoms and aids in depression for a lot of people also. It's unfortunate that mentioning something that can help save someone's life is moddable here. It hardly even gets you "high" and it isn't recreational, but it does have regulations in a few states.

Any mod dealing with a controversial subject like racism, illegal activities, sexuality, etc, will almost always be upheld no matter how well you argue.

This is because they want to be on the side of caution.

Ex: you make a simple joke
Another user takes it as being racist.
You point out clearly how it is not.
It might be a term used in said joke means something somewhere else and you just copy pasted a joke that in no way had that meaning.

This would be upheld because one purpose of moderations is to keep cbsi etc from scrutiny in any way, not just to have users behave.

So if your subject skirts legality, they will erase it.

I disputed, said it wasn't

Second mod didn't care and just upheld with no message and I see no way to dispute. Gamefaqs seems to have given up on half of that dispute system too apparently since the last time I was modded

I mean it's not like I was sitting there talking about a handful of rcs related to benzos that are still federally legal in the US too, even after 2016 act to take away all schedule 1 and 2 drugs variants. I could see that crossing into gray line territory

But this is basically the same as if I said I had to take immodium for withdrawal of (valid) prescription pills or something

Plenty of legal things like that stop w/ds, why is this different. Some states have laws about eating ice cream on Sundays and some people admit to jaywalking on here. Legallly those are worse
