I get that she might be afraid of the truth, of what the diagnosis may be and that's why she might not want to go but the earlier she can find out what's up the better chances she'll have if it does end up something serious. It's similar to cramps she's had in past years, usually in winter and caused/exacerbated by lifting something heavy I think the helpline just closed, since they only operate when the doctors aren't open and it just went past 8am.
