For practical reasons...the higher RoF is useful for kneecappign multiple enemies faster than the Red9, although the Red 9 is better for damage, no contest. IloveJesus 11/29/20 4:19:33 AM #16:	Punisher is really only good against sections with shield enemies, but given that you can also break any shield with a single shotgun blast, it's kind of pointless. The handgun and blacktail I'd put about even. Red 9 is by far the best. You end up absolutely drowning in ammo for it, and its increased power and plentiful ammo makes it a viable weapon against stronger enemies. --- Jesus loves us.
