The Erebonia saga comes to a close in the 9th Trails game. By far the longest game in the series as it had monumental task of essentially acting as the Endgame to the 8 games before it. My final time with my characters nearly maxed out at level 200 was 153 hours. 138 of those on my original playthrough, then 15 rushing through NG+ on Nightmare difficulty skipping most of the cutscenes. If you've played a Cold Steel game before you know what to expect from the trophy list. 100% completing everything in your notebook (quests, characters, fishing, recipes, books, etc), boning all your party members, beating it on Nightmare, etc. There's no really any surprise here as far as the trophy list is concerned.

Without getting into too much story detail that final chapter sure has me excited for the future of the series and where it's going to go. Threw in a few surprises I wasn't expecting. This time I don't know if I can wait and hope for an official english localization so I already have a used copy of Hajimari on the way to me as we speak. I'm going to at least try out the Remote Play english overlay thing and see how that goes for me. I guess it depends how much I can deal with having to look at spreadsheets while playing.

Awesome. I'm in Act 3 about to rivalry Sandlot and I have no idea how much longer the game is and I don't care to know.

I seem to be screwed as far as finishing the notebook, because apparently I missed Sully's first character entry.

Also "boning" equates to awkwardly kissing or holding hands I'm assuming!

I'm gonna have some serious "post-game melancholy" after finishing this I think. The current plan is to go back to Sky FC and SC and actually play through the 3rd for the first time, all the while hoping for some positive Crossbell news
