You could argue that adding more and more people dilutes the quality of the Court.
Ideally it's up to Congress to make sure only the top quality of Judges make it to the court but as we just saw, that's a fucking joke. Also it can open the flood gates for endlessly expanding the court, in a never ending grab for power by both sides of the aisle. Instead of the Court being what it is supposed to be, impartial and based on the letter of the law, it becomes a bunch of partisan hacks. --- The name is wackyteen for a reason. Never doubt. ... The only thing immoral about it is that the republicans will do it too.
If democrats added 6 seats that would still be significantly less dirty and immoral than what republicans have done to the courts in the past 5 years --- My sister's dog bit a hole in my Super Mario Land cartridge.
