Well if someone locks themselves in the bathroom to shoot up then the state should also account for that.

Ive only ever seen locked bathrooms at businesses located in areas that its highly likely someone will go in there to do drugs and other various dumb shit.
Businesses in these areas should be able to control who can and cant use their bathroom. Its unfortunate but the few screw it up for the many. ... Copied to Clipboard!
