database cross.. reference.. thingy so it can tell me what kind of health related diseases i may have, or be predisposed to.

it cost 12 dollars and its fascinating.

for instance, i have like 5 genes that make you bald.
and i am losing my hair.

also, it said i have the gene that makes your earwax dry, which is true. this gene also makes it so i dont have body odor, which i find mostly true.

sadly, it said i am a 20x increased risk of certain blood cancers, so i gotta be on the look out for that. ill just ask my doctor about it.

it also said if i were a girl id have big titties

Based on the earwax/body odor thing, I'm assuming you're Chinese? I know that gene is is abundant amongst Chinese. It is why it was so difficult to find deodorant in China. Locals simply don't need to use it.

Ive always wanted to take a test like that, but Im a bit weary about doing it through a private company.

Its cool to have all that info about yourself but its weird to think that someone else now has all your info stored in a database somewhere. If not now, eventually someone will surely be interested in purchasing that data on people.

But then again its probably not that big of a deal.

yeah i get that. good thing is that most companies have caught onto the bad press from this and let you delete your data very easily.

when i lived in korea, no one regularly wore deodorant.

no one smelled either

this explains it.
