Live in rural areas. Seriously, I use my laptop with two monitors constantly throughout the day, have the TV on regularly along with the Xbox/Switch, running the dishwasher and laundry regularly, lights on around 5pm because it gets dark around then, box fan all night for white noise... I was expecting around $50

Insane

Do you have one of those plans where you pay one price for 11 months, then in December you get a bill that covers any overages through the year?

Oh I work remote now at a normal white collar office job so I get the best of both worlds. Getting paid like I live in the expensive cities, but living somewhere where the dollar goes much farther!

I honestly have no clue. It's whatever the property management signed up for. I just had to call to activate my account to set up payments.

I was skeptical but this place has fiber. Not that I need it living alone, I just got a 200/200 for I think $70/mo after all fees and whatnot. Only had one outage in three months so far and it was around midnight, likely due to routine maintenance because it came back. Extremely stable.

How do you get your heat?
I think it's central heat or whatever that's called. It comes from these little vents lining the baseboards of the rooms.

Good call, the dates are 11/1 - 11/22, so it's not quite a full month. But even if I estimate $35 (which is high) in the remaining 8 days, that's still way lower than I was expecting. That also includes a $7.48 "service processing charge" which is listed as non-recurring, so I'm wondering if maybe that goes away since it's the first bill.

Idk it's like 3000 people total. Definitely not "suburbs" so idk what else to call it
