The world felt lively, most of the characters were pretty memorable, the island challenge was unique and interesting. Sword & Shield are the most bland and forgettable Pokemon games to date. The region sucks. The characters suck. The graphics suck. Most of the pokemon and moves aren't in the game. How did they think they could get away with changing Hau's name and using him for the rival again?
