It really is weird that so many people liked the post, then shrugged and moved on. Even after a lot of people called it out. Meanwhile Red has hoovered up all the free votes. Makes me want to avoid that lynch out of pique alone.

My scum hunting is usually eclectic, and I always feel good when I have a reason for being on someone that doesnt match the reason other people are also on that same person.

I had the same reaction. To be fair it only had about a 50 post lifespan before Chris voted Red and sent the conversation into a different direction.

I've seen a lot of references to that game over the years, but it was long before my time. What exactly happened?

Chris was scum-aligned assassin (so he didn't know the scumteam, scumteam didn't know him). What's relevant here is, he starts out the game posting random Disney song parodies with the word ASS in them.

(He then goes on to get his entire scumteam lynched, openly claims scum in final 4 assuming he had one scumbuddy still alive, and crickets proceeded to chirp. What a game.)

What's more interesting is Red's response to you is what started the momentum on Red to begin with. He also said Red overreacted to your vote, but people feel Red overreacted well before your vote even came down on him, considering Red has barely reacted to any of the votes on him at all.

Something about Death's assessment of the situation feels fundamentally off. It feels like he's trying to downplay your involvement whereas half the votes on Red are from people who just popped in to toss a vote on him.

Plum says the only way Kobe could be scum is if he was Godather. But a scum Chris wouldn't be using his real flavor, he'd be using a flavor from the safelist. So why would a town Plum assume that a scum Chris is using his real flavor?

Lea makes for a good case against Han. I also don't think DYL would vote a teammate like that and DYL is impressing me a bit with him staying focused on Han.

When I saw the votals up top, I got a case of deja vu. Since its not the first time Chris went after Red.
So I am surprised to see it was Plum who got the Redtrain started technically. (failing apparently because he forgot to unvote Dowolf)
At the same time though he complains about Han getting voted day1, which just makes me want to ask how many players he does not want to touch day1.

IGCD, Boko and PJ both trying to post again after getting called out is funny, but sadly in character for 2 of them. And Boko I can excuse (for now) due to his line of work.
Aecioo definitely has catching up to do. And Banananananananor is hard to read, but what few posts he makes I at least find charming.

PJ calling out red comes out of nowhere too and Red overreacts to his vote I'd say. And others seem to feel the same way. That said, IGCDs vote is the worst out of that bunch. I disagree that this vote is the same as his vote on DYL. Because that was a page1 jokevote last time I checked, and of course Red would react more to a vote on him.
What I am curious about is why Red does not talk to Chris about his vote. The big Chris/Red feud I remember had Red raging up a storm about Chris being scum for doing it. Red can say that Chris is not giving him something to respond to, but I expect him to fight back anyway.

Honestly Hans vote on Red is not that great either, it reads like he's trying to take advantage of this new movement. Adding not so serious justifications (red is scum 98 % of the time) does not help. At least he does serve up more reasons later, but he could have started with those.

At this point I also feel like Scare is trying to distract from both lynches, or at the very least seems to want to help red stay alive. But then he is so blatant about it, I cant really see it as suspicious activity and more just Scare playing to his preferences.

This is a lot to words to say virtually nothing. The most meaningful part of this block is "IGCD was the worst vote on Red".

I also disagree with the assessment of Scare trying to pull people away from Red. I see it as Scare asking Red for a reason not to join his lynch. I would be surprised if this is scum/scum.

I could see Death/Red scum and Scare town in that trio at that moment.

Oh I currently think he's town anyway, but to ever be 100% sure on anything regarding the highest-level players is foolish. I don't think anything of Plum for bringing it up.
