JigsawTDC 11/12/20 6:59:03 PM #1:	I woke up early this morning, feeling pretty fine, but then decided to get a bit more sleep because the land of sleep is better than reality. An hour and a half later I wake up in a cold sweat with my gut feeling like it's twisted in a knot. Intense pressure like I need to vomit and shit at the same time, but efforts towards both were met with minimal results. For the next three hours I was switching positions trying to get the pressure to release from one end or the other. Eventually, after several bouts of dry heaving, the pressure subsided and I fell back asleep for two more hours because of exhaustion. It's not the middle of the day and I am just starting it.
